GGG's Critical Moment

Summary

Gathered at G-Island City, the Valstork family listens to Guy's story, while the mechanic team assembles a new project requested by Freeman. At the part over the base, Kaname and Sousuke meet up with Mamoru once again. Sousuke thinks Mamoru is actually a terrorist, and goes after him inside GGG base, with Kaname following soon afterwards. But not only them, Fritz and Pizza go inside as well.

When Kazuma is about to tell D-Boy the good news about his condition, the Radam attack during a system failure at GGG. Forcing through the hatches, the Ryu brothers take on the enemy while waiting for reinforces of Valstork and Mithril's M9 units. Meanwhile, the GGG crew tries to counter the virus that caused the system failure with Tessa's help. D-Boy is attacked by Fritz, who transforms into Dagger. Kazuma flees to warn the others about Dagger's invasion, but D-Boy alone can't fight his nemesis. He's surpringly saved by Zondarian Pizza, who aims for the Radam Tekkaman. At this chance, D-Boy heads to the lab where the answer on how he could become a Tekkaman again lied.

While the battle ensues, Pizza and Dagger's confrontation is interrupted by Mamoru's arrival. Pizza attacks Mamoru, but he's protected by his powers. Sousuke arrives, but he's powerless against Pizza, and Guy ends up saving them. Mamoru is willing to find the Zondar who's causing the system down, and Sousuke follows him.

D-Boy reaches the lab, but Dagger is after him. Kazuma and Bernard once again confront the Tekkaman, while chief mechanic Honda tells D-Boy to insert his crystal inside Pegas. But the system down doesn't let Pegas to boot. Meanwhile, Sousuke and Mamoru reach out the Zondar, and Kaname saves the boy from an attack. Sousuke uses his stun gun to break his enemy, and Tessa soon uses this chance to run a counter program. The Zondar flees, and power is restored. With that, Pegas boots and D-Boy is able to turn into Tekkaman Blade once again.

With Blade restored, Dagger challenges him to a deathmatch, calling out more Radam. The Zondars also rise with more absorbed mechs and a fake GaoGaiGar. The only one who's capable of taking out the Zondar's core appears in the most heroic way possible, fusing with the Gao Machines in manual mode while protected by Blade and helped by his crew fellows.

The battle ends well with Dagger's death and the Radam and Zondar fleeing. But it's clear that their simultaneous arrival has more to do with mutual hatred than cooperation. Meanwhile, Mamoru asks Sousuke and Kaname to keep his powers a secret, and they promise to do so. The Valstork family receives a new job offer: to fight for Earth alongside the cooperative union of GGG, Preventers, Space Knights and Mithril. But Kazuma votes against it, and the Valstork family refuses the offering. However, just in time, a transmission is sent for them announcing that Nadesico had troubles at Mars against a new alien force.
