The first episode of Iron Leaguer ended in a dramatic cliffhanger: Mach Windy struggles against a mysterious pain, leaving the Silver Castle team open to Dark Prince’s counter attack, just a few minutes from the first half end. Watch what happens at the second episode of Iron Leaguer after the break.

Summary

Mach Windy endures the mysterious pain. Silver Castle’s owner Ruri don’t see any anomalies from the status board, but the coach realizes there are a few systems that are reacting strangely. As Dark Prince’s Gold Foot advances towards the goal, the coach orders the team members concerned about Mach Windy to help out Magnum Ace. Defenseless, Mach Windy is an easy target for his former teammates.

Ruri is angry about Dark Prince’s violence, but the coach knows Mach Windy is able to endure. Kiai Ryuken, concerned about Mach Windy, ignores the ball and goes to protect him. As the game advances towards the end of first half, Magnum Ace clears the ball towards Dark Prince’s goal, gaining some time.

The first half ends and Mach Windy is carried away. At the elevator, Kiai Ryuken asks coach about the mysterious goalkeeper, and Ruri tells him that Ace was someone who her late father knew. Back at the lab, the mechanic is unable to find the source of pain, as Mach Windy has plenty of black box technology.

There’s only a few minutes left until the start of the second half, and absent members are retired from the field. Magnum Ace appears, and says he’ll take away Mach Windy’s pain. Ace finds the microchip, and burns it with the laser. As the second half is about to start, Magnum Ace, Mach Windy and Kiai Ryuken appear at the field, making Gillot surprised.

Ace and Windy move toward the goal, as Gillot asks the scientist what happened. The fact that it isn’t the system’s defect makes matter worse. Windy uses his powered shoot to break through the barrier, and Ace scores through the hole. Ruri shows some concern towards the mysterious Magnum Ace, whom knew how to disable Dark Prince’s pain circuit. The coach advices her to trust him, as he’s the leaguer her father kept an eye at.

The match ends with Ryuken defending the goal from Gold Foot’s shot. As Gillot is reported that a mysterious leaguer named Magnum Ace disabled the pain circuit, he orders his scientists to research about him. Gold Foot meets his brothers, Gold Arm and Gold Mask, who prepare themselves to avenge this shame.

Silver Castle members receive a box full of baseball stuff. They’re intimated to participate on the baseball league or will be expelled from the league as a whole. However, none of the members is familiar to baseball except for Magnum Ace. The coach asks to show his abilities, and Ace and Windy face each other as pitcher and catcher. However, Ace’s quick shot only shows to coach that he’s taking it easy. When Ace shows his true power, Windy is pushed back by Ace’s powerful move.
